Equal Accessibility Statement

Our organization is committed to providing equal access for persons with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), Amendments Act of 2010 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 along with Section 508. In support of its commitment to provide equal access to all students, teachers, and the general public of all abilities, The People's Conservatory offers reasonable accommodations and support to participants of all needs. We do not discriminate based on physical or behavioral abilities, race, color, national origin, age, or sex. The facilities we utilize are wheelchair accessible by ramp and we are committed to making our website as accessible as possible to people with special needs, including those with visual, hearing, emotional, cognitive, and motor impairments.

We have a strong commitment and a focus on engaging creatives with disabilities and potential audience members to ensure that everyone can fully participate in and benefit from our programming. A portion of our budget is dedicated to making physical spaces accessible. This includes ensuring that all facilities, exhibition spaces, theaters, and workshop areas, are wheelchair accessible with ramps, elevators, and designated accessible seating.

We maintain an easily accessible process to facilitate the process of requesting accommodations. We have designated personnel who are trained to handle accommodation requests promptly and confidentially and work closely with individuals to understand their specific needs and provide appropriate accommodations, ensuring a smooth and inclusive experience for all.
