About the event
FLOW OAKLAND is the Bay Area's newest wellness and movement studio centering and supporting underserved communities including our BIPOC and LGBTQIA folk. We invite our FRIENDS & FAMILY to this fabulous affair featuring Dj's, food, free dance and movement classes, and general celebration of this beautiful new space. It is a fundraiser so we invite you to make a donation of your choice. Following the levels below will grant you several prizes and gifts such as free memberships, FLOW swag, invite to our VIP Opening Party, and more!
FLOW OAKLAND is where you are free to be you in all your multi-hyphenate glory! In this new space our focus is on healing, fun and radical rest. It is created by us, for us, and to nurture us. We welcome all sentient beings and are intentional in centering our BIPOC folks and LGBTQIA+ community. From bottom-to-top and side-to-side, FLOW strives to represent the multifaceted fabric that is Oakland in all areas of our center from the clients to the staff, to the management team, and everything in between. FLOW will offer "community priced" yoga, pilates, dance, and fitness classes as well as healing modalities such as sound baths, reiki, meditation, bodywork, and much more.
